Chief guest for Cyber '04

Gopal working at Oracle arranged Mr.Sukesh to be the Chief Guest of Cyber '04. I tried Gopal to be Chief Guest but he said that Mr.Sukesh is more worth than him. Happy to have a chief guest from Oracle,India.
